Helderberg Christian School starts every day with worship. Some students from the school along with the administrator lead the rest of the students and staff in morning worship. Following that there is a time of Bible verse recital/memorization and the pledges. The school administrator then closes in prayer and dismisses each class. The faith life of our students extends beyond just those things. At HCS we strive to include aspects of faith in everyday parts of our students lives. Whether it be in looking for God’s hand in what’s covered in science that day, or conflict resolution between students, or applying a Bible verse to their lives, all teachers and staff are devoted to growing the students faith life. The faith life of our students is just one of the important aspects of our three strand ideal at Helderberg.
